Search Interactions in WI8

Search multiple genes:

  • Add one or more terms to search, separated by a comma or new line
  • To show all interactions by searching with blank

    • Interaction type: Spoke interactions All interactions

    Search Interaction

    Retrieve protein-protein interactions from a list of genes. Put in sequence or gene name list to retrieve their related physical interactions. Use a comma or new line to separate the search terms. "Spoke interactions" retrieves all interactions involving the query genes, "All interactions" also retrieves interactions between first level interactors.
