Welcome to the C. elegans Fragment database

Welcome to the C. elegans Fragment database. This website is an interface to our interaction data focused on showing not just which proteins interact, but which regions of the proteins mediate the interactions. It allows you to display a list of interactions using one or more of your favorite proteins as search terms. From this list, you can view exactly which fragments of the prey protein were found to interact.

Please note that the database has been updated in December 2012: a series of incorrectly assigned bait protein names were corrected.
