Anatomical Annotation Overlaps
For each interaction type in all of the evidence sources, if both vertices of the interaction have anatomical annotations (The British Columbia C. elegans Gene Expression Consortium) available we specify here in which tissue and at what developmental stage (embryo, larva, adult) they are both expressed. The user can click on the strains names to see actual pictures of GFP worms expressing the gene of interest.
