Yeast Interactome Project

Yeast interactome version 1 (CCSB-YI1) contains high quality yeast two-hybrid protein-protein interactions in S. cerevisiae. It includes 3151 interactions among 2108 proteins (35% of the yeast genome) from three independent sources:

CCSB-Y2H: A high-throughput high quality yeast two-hybrid interaction dataset with high coverage (the whole screen was repeated three times), containing 1809 interactions among 1278 proteins;

Ito-core: A high-throughput high quality yeast two-hybrid interaction dataset, containing 784 interactions among 780 proteins;

Uetz: A high-throughput high quality yeast two-hybrid interaction dataset, containing 950 interactions among 1004 proteins.
