Welcome to the C. elegans Fragment database

This website is an interface to our C. elegans interaction data focused on showing not just which proteins interact, but which regions of the proteins mediate the interactions. Much of this data comes from our recently generated domain based interaction network of C. elegans early embryonic cell divisions. This network was generated using a novel fragment library approach. It contains 755 interactions between 522 proteins, and defined minimal interacting regions for over 200 proteins. The complete dataset can be dowloaded here

In addition to downloading the entire data set, this website allows you to display a list of interactions using one or more of your favorite proteins as search terms. From this list, you can view exactly which fragments of the prey protein were found to interact.To get started, click on the "search" tab above.
