Worm Interactome version 8

Worm Interactome version 8 assemble high quality yeast two-hybrid protein protein interaction in C. elegans. It contains 3864 known binary protein-protein interactions from three sources:

• WI-2007, a high throughput yeast two-hybrid screen done in the Vidal lab in 2007 (1816 interactions)
• WI-2004, a high throughput yeast two-hybrid screen done in the Vidal lab in 2004, updated and reprocessed (1735 interactions)
• A compendium of medium throughput biological processes based yeast two-hybrid screens updated and reprocessed (554 interactions)
